High School dances ….

It' been fun to start into the high school dance scene with Christian.  His first guy's choice dance was the Sweethearts Dance on Valentine's Day.  He took his friend, Sariya, and planned the whole night with his friends.  The boys planned the afternoon activity, which consisted of giant bounce houses in the backyard (one of which they tipped over :{ …).

Then the boys cooked dinner and set everything up at one the boy's houses.  Such gentlemen. :)

Christian gave Sariya his jacket since she was cold.  Good boy.

Because none of the boys could legally drive with friends in the car yet, Mike & I chauffeured -- and then went and had our own Valentine's dinner until they were done.  Then we brought the crew back to our house to try out our new chocolate fountain.  Christian asked me to borrow one, but I saw that as a perfect opportunity to buy one for ourselves.  And we've used it plenty since.  Fun purchase.

His friend, Taylor, asked him to Senate.  The theme was All American, and their group decided to go as cowboys/girls.  

So many dances to come for the next many years ….
