Concert on the green

A couple of Sundays ago, we went to an outdoor military band concert that Christian's band teacher was playing in. The kids got extra-credit if they went, and so even though Christian was not thrilled to have to go, the whole fam went. Because hey -- extra credit!

 The concert was at a golf course and overlooked the valley and gorgeous sunset. The little girls roamed and played and we went with a fun family from our ward. So it was a success in my book. And even Christian ended up enjoying himself just a little.

Funny that I didn't take a picture of the band.  You can sorta half see them in the distance...
